The free association compact between the U.S. and the Marshall Islands expires next year, which could have a direct impact on hundreds of Northwest Arkansas residents, as well as the local business community. Today we’ll talk about the chances of renewal of the compact with the U.S. Congressman from Arkansas’ 3rd District, Steve Womack.
