Show Notes

A group of performers got together a few months ago to talk about how they might bolster the offerings of Northwest Arkansas’ already robust theater scene. The result is a new organization call the Theatre Collective of Northwest Arkansas, in which members nominate and vote on performance ideas. The group recently launched its first season.

In the June 2, 2023, episode of Know the News, we visit with Rachel Mills, executive director of the Theatre Collective, to discuss the group’s ambitions and how it operates.

Readers can turn to this Sunday’s What’s Up! section for a story about the collective. Learn more in this podcast about the many stories featured this weekend in the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
